He tells how he evaluates the stars' physical status - and how you can evaluate yours.  Convinced that his new method of nutrition and physical training can help any healthy person reach his or her personal best, he details a workout that will start to show positive changes in just three weeks: more endurance, increased strength, weight loss, signs of a more muscular body and a better cardiovascular output.  If you follow his programme, Jorgen promises, 'you will become the best you can be'.  But beware – just lying in bed reading this book won’t do a thing and I’m living proof of that statement – I’ve not got one iota more muscle from reading this book.
